Studio Cleanliness Policy Updated Following COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed our lives in ways we could never have imagined. Making sure I can provide a clean and safe space for you and your family when you come for your Photoshoot with me, is more important now than ever.

I have put the following steps in place in-line with following Government advice, to ensure that any indoor studio sessions are carried out safely for us all:

ILLNESS POLICY

Clients are required to disclose the symptoms of anyone in their household such as fever, cough, runny nose or vomiting in the week prior to the photoshoot. The session will then be rearranged for a new date.

STUDIO CLEANING & SAFETY

  • No physical greetings or goodbyes
  • When you arrive, shoes are to be removed at the door
  • Hands to be washed and sanitised upon arrival by both myself and the clients
  • Hand sanitiser will be available at all times and I will be regularly washing and sanitising my hands throughout the session
  • I will wear PPE of a mask, gloves and apron while I carry out the photoshoot
  • Masks and gloves available to wear if required by the client
  • I have a seating area at a 2m distance where parents can sit. At times it may be necessary for one parent to assist with positioning or settling baby and masks will be available if required by the client
  • The area will be thoroughly cleaned, surfaces wiped and floor mopped
  • Washing of the props and blankets after each session
  • Only immediate family members allowed to attend
  • Siblings are only allowed to attend if they are being photographed, otherwise I ask for alternative arrangements for them to be made
  • No outside props to be brought in
  • I will only be scheduling one session per day
